ABeauti Returns & Exchange Policy

At ABeauti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with our hassle-free exchange policy. Please carefully read our terms below:

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

  • Unused Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including tags.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase from www.abeauti.in.
  • Time Frame: The exchange request must be initiated within 2 days from the delivery date.

Note: We do not accept exchanges or returns for products purchased on sale or special offers, unless received in a damaged condition.

Return Conditions

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged Item: An unboxing video is required to claim any damage.

  • Defective Item: If the item is defective, an unboxing video is necessary to show the defect.

  • Size Issues:

    • If our size chart is incorrect, you must provide a picture of the product with a measuring tape. In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
    • If the size chart is correct but the product does not fit, you are responsible for returning the item at your expense. Once we receive the return, we will offer a store credit coupon or a replacement.

  • Missing Item: An unboxing video is required to claim any missing items.

  • Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, provide pictures of the incorrect item, including a photo of the size tag, if applicable.

Important Notice on Refunds

  • No Monetary Refunds: ABeauti does not offer direct refunds on any items. Any return or exchange is settled by store credits only, which can be used for future purchases.

Store Credit Policy

  • Store Credit: Upon approval of your return, a store credit coupon will be issued, valid for 6 months. The coupon value will equal the returned product amount, excluding shipping charges.

  • Coupon Code: The store credit coupon code will be sent to your registered email once the product is received and inspected.

  • Use of Store Credit: You can apply the store credit during checkout on your next purchase at abeauti.in.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, follow these simple steps:

  1. Initiate Exchange Request: Email us at support@abeauti.in within 2 days of receiving the product. Please provide the reason for the exchange and attach the required proof (unboxing video, size issue images, etc.).

  2. Return Shipping:

    • We offer a reverse pickup service with a charge of ₹150 per product, or you can ship the product back to us at your own cost and share the tracking details.
    • If our size chart was incorrect, we will provide a free return label.

Unboxing Video Requirements

An unboxing video is required to claim any damages, missing items, or defective products. The video should clearly show the full package and the product(s) inside. It must be one continuous video without cuts.

International Orders

  • Exchanges: Unfortunately, exchanges or returns are not applicable on international orders.
  • Custom Charges: If you refuse to pay any applicable customs duties or fees during delivery, no store credit will be issued.

One-Time Exchange

Exchanges can be processed only once per order. Once an exchange is completed, no further exchanges or returns for that order will be accepted.

Additional Information

  • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached, must be unworn, unwashed, and folded properly. Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange, and the store credit may be reduced based on product condition.

  • Non-Returnable Products: Items on sale, discounted products, and special promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive in a damaged or defective condition.
